REMBE® rad-net receives wildcard for the Deutschland-Tour 2025 - "Special highlight in the Sauerland"

Team REMBE® rad-net will be competing in the Lidl Deutschland Tour again this year.

Team REMBE® rad-net will be competing in the Tour of Germany in August.
The German Continental team, based in Sauerland, was invited by the organisers of the A.S.O. to take part in the largest and most important German stage race, which this year also includes two stages through Sauerland.
REMBE® rad-net is one of only two Continental teams to receive a wildcard.

Team manager Jörg Scherf says: "We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded a starting place. For us as a team from the Sauerland region, it is of course a special highlight to ride through our home region in the Deutschland Tour, Germany's biggest cycling race. Our fans, sponsors and the spectators can already be sure: We've already got a lot planned!"

Managing Director Ulrich Müller is delighted: "It's important that we can take part in the Deutschland Tour. Our young talents can take another step in their development there and learn a lot, but our sponsors are also rewarded for their commitment." Managing Director Heiko Volker adds: "It's a great opportunity to showcase ourselves in front of a large audience, our audience and on television. That's why we want to present ourselves in the best possible light between Essen and Magdeburg."

The Tour of Germany takes place from 20 to 25 August. The 741-kilometre tour leads through North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Saxony-Anhalt. Stages two and three will be a particular highlight for REMBE® rad-net, as they start and finish in Arnsberg, the team's home region of Sauerland. In addition to the two German Continental teams, eleven WorldTour teams and five ProTeams will be competing in the Deutschland Tour 2025.
