Kluge, Boos, Briese, and Brauße compete in the Bremen Six Days

The 59th edition of the Bremen Six Days starts today, Friday. Three riders from the REMBE® rad-net team will be at the start: Roger Kluge, Benjamin Boos, and Max-David Briese.

Roger Kluge is one of the favorites at the Bremen Six Days.
Franziska Brauße, a rider from the new REMBE® rad-net women team, will also be taking part.
Kluge and his partner, scratch world champion Moritz Augenstein, lead the field in Bremen together with road pro Nils Politt (UAE Team Emirates-XRG). Accordingly, they have their sights set on the podium, if not overall victory. While Augenstein is among the favorites for the first time, Kluge has already stood at the top of the podium at Bremen's ÖVB Arena once before: in 2024 with his former teammate Theo Reinhardt. In addition to Nils Politt/Matias Malmberg, Italians Simone Consonni/Michele Scartezzini are among their biggest rivals.

Brauße will be riding alongside former WorldTour rider Romy Kasper in the two-day women's competition. The duo are also among the favorites to win. Their competitors include Fabienne Jährig/Jette Simon and Nora Tveit/Lucy Nelson.

The event kicks off tonight at 8 p.m. The starting signal will be given by Friederike Kromp, head coach of Werder Bremen's women's Bundesliga team, and party singer Peter Wackel. Following the restart after the coronavirus pandemic, the Bremen Six Days will take place over four days. The final will roll on Monday evening. The women will race on Sunday and Monday.
