The Sauerland-based racing team announced that Johannes Adamietz is returning to the team after two years with second-division rider Lotto - Dstny, for whose predecessor he rode from 2020 to the end of 2022.
"I want to build on last year in sporting terms, ride on my own account and take on responsibility in the team," said the 26-year-old climbing specialist, who celebrated his first victory in the professional ranks on stage 4 of last year"s Tour of Slovakia (2.1).
Nevertheless, Adamietz did not receive a new offer from his former team. With the latest new signing, Rembe - rad-net is also hoping to achieve an ambitious goal, as team manager Jörg Scherf noted: "I hope that we can make the step up to the ProTeam with Johannes. We have known Johannes for a long time and are very pleased that he has decided to join us. I don"t think he"s been able to call up everything he needs in terms of sport."
